So Yesterday I put the shoes to the test... I wore the shoes to a Zumba class last night, and everything was twice a hard- I can really feel a difference in my thighs from when I did the class last week. The balance balls weren't noticeable until I had to do a lot of jumping- which was slightly difficult but not too much. I will see how I feel after a couple of months, but until then here is a link to the shoes if you want to try!!

Okay so I am changing it up- I have decided to just blog about as much crap as possible- mainly based around my experiences in Dallas. Now, I am from a small town in Kansas and went to college in a small town in Missouri. Well, Toto, I am not in Kansas anymore. Life is different, and I am here to tell you all about it.

Day 3 Champion "F"Easy Tones
I have been wearing my Champion "F" Easy Tone sneakers for three days and I have noticed a slight ache in my quads, I guess this means they are working? I wore them to the gym today and took a lifting class, I think the shoes added a bit of resistance.
Either way, a pair of work out shoes for $30 is cheap. They are also a cute green and silver color, and comfortable. I wear them when I walk Einstein and also when I am walking around my apartment- I will keep you posted!

New Shoes- Day 1 of Tone-ups for the cheap girl
Alright so ever since they debuted in December I have wanted a cute pair of Reebok Easy Tone sneakers. Maybe it was the commercial with the girl with the amazing legs walking around in spandex, or maybe it was the fact that I am a fitness wanna-be (meaning I love to work out, but not 100% dedicated). I visited several stores looking for a pair of Easy Tones, but they were sold out for weeks. I eventually gave up- anything that good will be around awhile and I can wait.
However, I eventually forgot about the shoes until I walked into a Payless Shoe Store in North Dallas. They had on display not only "F"Easy Tones but "F" Shape Ups.. meaning I could buy a pair of Champion brand shoes that supposedly did the exact same thing as the real brands.
So I laid down my $29 bucks and brought my new shoes home. I quickly put them on and began to walk around.
We shall see what happens!

Einstein the wonderdog
Since I am not married and have no children, I have adopted an elderly pug named Einstein. He is skinny, noisy and eats his dog food like a little pig. Bu he is also loving and very entertaining. I love coming home and seeing his so excited to have me there.
I am blessed even more than I already was.
I get to go home to visit family in two weeks- and see my dad on his birthday. He enjoys this (and I also do not have to buy a gift :)
